Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

By making a booking and payment with our company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these refund terms and conditions, which constitute a binding contract between you and our business. This refund policy applies to all services provided and supersedes any previous agreements or representations made regarding cancellations or refunds. Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the relevant state jurisdiction in Victoria.

Refund Policy 

Full refunds are available for all cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking date and time. This advance notice period allows us to adjust performer schedules and potentially offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your confirmed booking are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable due to performer scheduling commitments, preparation time already invested, and business operational costs that have already been incurred on your behalf.

To process any eligible refund, you must provide your original booking order number, the timestamp of when your booking was made, and your scheduled event date and time. All approved refunds will be processed and returned within 5-7 business days to your original payment method used at the time of booking. Exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies, may be considered for a refund on a case-by-case basis with appropriate supporting documentation provided.
