1. SERVICE ELIGIBILITY AND AGE VERIFICATION

All clients must be 18 years of age or older to book or receive our services. By making a booking, you warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to request valid photo identification to verify age at any time. Services will not be provided to anyone under 18 years of age, and any bookings made by minors will be immediately cancelled without refund.

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

All bookings must be made through our authorized booking channels and require full payment in advance. Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms and constitutes a binding contract for services. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments as specified on our website. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. SERVICE DELIVERY AND PERFORMER CONDUCT

Our professional entertainers will provide services as agreed upon at the time of booking. All performances are for entertainment purposes only and are conducted within the bounds of applicable laws and regulations. Clients must treat all performers with respect and professionalism. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or attempts to engage in illegal activities will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT

Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including correct venue details, contact information, and any special requirements. You must ensure the venue is appropriate and safe for our performers. Alcohol or drug consumption that impairs judgment or leads to inappropriate behavior may result in service termination. Clients are liable for any damages to the performer's property or person caused by their actions or guests.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled booking. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to performer scheduling and operational commitments. To process refunds, clients must provide the booking order number, the original booking timestamp, and scheduled event details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and booking details. Personal information is collected and used following Australian Privacy Principles and our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties except as required by law. Clients are expected to maintain similar discretion regarding our performers and services.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies, may result in service cancellation or postponement without penalty to either party.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

Photography, video recording, or audio recording of performers is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Violation of this policy will result in immediate service termination and may result in legal action. Social media posting or sharing of performer images or service details without consent is prohibited.

9. VENUE REQUIREMENTS AND SAFETY

Clients must ensure that venues meet basic safety and accessibility standards for our performers. Adequate parking, lighting, and secure entry/exit must be provided. We reserve the right to refuse service at venues deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service areas. VENUE MUST HAVE A LOCKABLE CHANGING ROOM (bathroom, bedroom, etc). If our entertainers determine that the venue or environment does not meet appropriate safety standards upon arrival, they reserve the right to discontinue services immediately for their protection. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Victoria, Australia, by applicable Australian laws. Legal fees and costs may be awarded to the prevailing party.

11. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website, effective as of a specified date. Continued use of our services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the client's responsibility to review terms periodically for changes.

12. SEVERABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. The laws of Victoria, Australia, govern these terms, and any legal proceedings must be conducted in Victorian courts. This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations.
